We offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase under the following condition:

  • The product key provided is reported as unusable, invalid, or already in use by the customer.

To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team within the 3-day window and provide necessary proof, such as screenshots or error messages.

Partial Refund Policy

If you are unable to use the antivirus product for any reason not related to an invalid key and you commit in writing that you will not activate or use the product key in the future, we will offer a 50% refund. This is because we plan to reassign the key to another user under limited-use conditions.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • No refund requests will be accepted after 3 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be issued for activated or used product keys unless found to be faulty.
